Returns / Exchanges
We're confident you'll be happy with your prints. However, if your prints arrive damaged or defective, we will work directly with our print fulfillment company to correct the issue. You must contact us within 30 days of the original order date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Each of our photos are custom printed for you, on demand. As such, we do not maintain a stock of prints. Any return request not due to damage or defect will be subject to 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable, and you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Ineligible Items
Limited Edition prints and sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
