David Salzman

Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, photography became a passion after spending a few summers shooting with a film camera and waiting a week to see the developed prints and figure out if I got any keepers. Eventually transitioned to the digital age and was lucky enough to travel spend time traveling with a great group of friends on vacation taking pictures of some pretty spectacular places. COVID put travel on hold, but allowed me to explore the city in more depth and meet some other great photographers who have become great friends and inspirations. All the while pushing my creativity in chasing the sun, moon, sunrises, sunsets and all of the color the city has to offer from the ground and the sky above the city.
